Ketchup

I have a question for everyone. If a tomato is a fruit, does that make ketchup a jelly?

Wooden Bat League

Well we finally won a game. I got to pitch about two innings in relief and had 1 strike out. I didn't do very well pitching wise because the mound was way to high. I shouldn't be making excuses but thats how it is. I played right field for both games when I wasn't pitching. I had 3 catches in right and had 1 hit and a walk on the day. We lost the second game though. All together it was fun and exciting as always. Talk to ya next time.

Paintballing Baseball Prep

So today I decided that for prep for my games tomorrow that I would go paintballing with my youth group... What an adrenaline rush... this was my 2nd or 3rd time actually paintballing and I had a blast. I am going to count that as my running because I think I lost a couple pounds, I was wearing three pairs of pants and two shirts to go along with the mask. I have several welts but none, thankfully, on my pitching arm. I hope i'm not too worn out for tomorrow. I had fun "shooting the baptists" in our own little interdenominational war. Comments are encouraged. I will post tomorrow on how my games went. Have a great day.

Wooden Bat League

Well, this Sunday i have a wooden bat league game... It is at ICC and were playing against Olympia who is supposed to be really good. I am probably pitching one of the games but we'll see...
I am probably one of the better pitchers on my team.(Other than the big lefty who can throw 90+).
I hope we win and all goes well... Leave comments on what you think... I will try if i can to get a video uploaded of me pitching. I hope you all have a wonderful day.

About me

Hi! My name is Chris and if you don't already know I am an RHP(Right Handed Pitcher). I pitch for my high school and my towns summer league team. I have a fastball that clocks around the mid 70's to low 80's on a good day although my velocity is improving. A lot of people in my school don't believe I can be a good pitcher, my summer league coach included. My summer league team had a 4-0 lead in our district tournemant when they brought in a different pitcher. He gave up that lead and we lost the game... I was eligible to pitch that day and was very ready to but my coach didn't think i could pitch us to a win. That has pretty much been the story of my baseball career, since i was 3. I am a Junior and 16 years old and I am here to tell you my progress to becoming a college and hopefully pro pitcher.
